Sessions are the unit of value

Every plan grants a number of concurrent sessions. Teams share a pool instead of getting one each. Prices are indicative while billing is wired up — ask us if you need a number today.

Questions

Limits, dwell, and retention

What counts against my session limit?

A slot is reserved the moment a session is requested, not once the browser finishes starting. It stays reserved through termination and cleanup, and for a short cooldown afterward — so a slot only frees up once it's actually clean.

Why is there a cooldown after a session ends?

When a session ends, its artifacts are still being finalized and uploaded, and the sandbox is being wiped. The cooldown (60 s on Free, 20 s on Pro, 10 s on Team) guarantees a new session never starts on a half-cleaned slot, and keeps churn on the free tier bounded.

What happens when I'm at my limit?

Starting a new session opens a dialog listing what's running and offering three explicit actions: wait for a slot to free up, terminate one of your own (or, if you're a team moderator or admin, a teammate's) sessions, or add a slot. It never just fails silently.

Do downgrades end my running sessions?

No. A downgrade only changes the pool size your next session request sees. Sessions already running are left alone.

How long are artifacts kept?

3 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Team, after which they're deleted. Each plan also caps artifact size per session (250 MB / 2 GB / 5 GB).

Can I mix clearnet and Tor sessions?

On Free, a given session is clearnet or Tor, not both. Pro and Team sessions can use either kind, including a Chrome-over-Tor profile when you want HAR-grade capture on a .onion target.
